Situated in the beautiful city of Pokhara, Deep Housing thoughtfully incorporates the use of local materials and traditional architectural styles unique to the region. The design prominently features bricks, timber, and stone slate roofs, while blending with modern living needs. The project comprises 103 independent houses, ranging from 4-5 BHK units. To support the community’s lifestyle, the housing society includes essential facilities such as commercial spaces and a dedicated recreational area featuring a health club.
